Consider the following solutions and with a little care, you can maximize their life.
Dust, pollen, and airborne pollutants
Rainfall is a natural turf cleanser, the cheapest solution! However, if you live in an area where there is less or no rainfall, you may spray it down to avoid dust and other small debris.
For slightly soiled areas, a simple mixture of lukewarm water with a 5% of home detergent can turn out well.
For the more heavily soiled area, use the aforementioned procedure first then sponge mop the area with 3% of the solution of household ammonia in lukewarm water. After completing this, rinse the area thoroughly.
Stains and other blemishes
The key to cleanliness is promptness. The quickly you clean a fresh stain, the time and efforts you’ll be able to save. It becomes very difficult to remove stubborn stains which dry up over a period of time. However, these solid stains can be removed thoroughly with a plastic table knife.
